Differences Between Original LokPal Bill and Goverment Version of LokPal Bill

Here is the complete list of Differences Between Original LokPal Bill versus Government Version of LokPal Bill:
Even the very first part our government bill is taken out the voice of Janta/public:
"Lokpal will not have any power to either initiate action suo motu in any case or even receive complaints of corruption from general public. The general public will make complaints to the speaker of Lok Sabha or chairperson of Rajya Sabha. Only those complaints forwarded by Speaker of LokSabha/ Chairperson of Rajya Sabha to Lokpal would be investigated by Lokpal. "
Everybody knew that Who is most corrupt. Chair Person is selected by the Parties, so there will be no use complaining a corruption with the head of corrupts.
Why Not LokPal, why Chair Person or Speaker? it is simple break the link between public and LokPal, so there will be no voice of Janta/public.
